Swerve Featured on OpenBeam’s Blog

OpenBeam donated some OpenBeam kits and and Metrix  Create:Space donated laser cutter time to students participating in the FIRST Technical Challenge.  Team Alpha used OpenBeam parts when building their competition robot. See photos from the December 2012 Eastside District League competition on OpenBeam’s blog. You can check out the entire set of pictures here.

OpenBeam is a fantastic open-sourced, miniaturized t-slot construction system that utilizes standard metric nuts and bolts. Metrix is a really cool dedicated create space/workspace located in Seattle where you can work on projects and take workshops.
